 Class Descriptions 

Intro to Reformer

This class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates to develop core strength, mobilizes the spine and improve flexibility. Clients will have a low intensity class suitable for those new to Pilates, or who have been inactive.

Essential Reformer

Building on the basics, this class offers a full body workout white targeting the core with each exercise. The class is designed to enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and postural alignment.

Intermediate Reformer

This class is a total body workout designed to further challenge core strength, stamina, coordination and balance.


These classes begin on a stool with a gentle movement sequence to warm up the spine and stimulate the nervous system. This is followed by a series of fluid spinal motions to increase range of motion, and prepare the body to explore more complex movements with agility, and ease. Class continues on the floor with strengthening exercises for the abdominals, back and hips. The floor exercises are followed by a rhythmic standing sequence that incorporates balance and stability. 

Mat Pilates

Ground yourself in the essentials of Pilates, while focusing on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilization through the core and peripheral muscles while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Props add variety and build familiarity for more challenging classes.

Pilates for Dancers

These classes are geared for the serious dancer. With a focus on complete body conditioning to strengthen and balance deep support muscles around the joints, dancers increase flexibility and control within a full range of motion. Pilates improves body awareness, balance, symmetry, and while developing a flexible and strong spine. (This is a closed class and need special permission to join).
