Private sessions provide the ideal opportunity for in-depth learning and practice. At Pushes and Pulls, we are able to tailor each workout to your individual fitness needs, goals and abilities. We recommend clients new to pilates take at least three private sessions before joining our group classes.
New clients focus on form and technique, while building core strength and stability.
More experienced clients improve precision, expand their movement repertoire and work on specific concerns.
If you’ve been injured or are seeking physical therapy for chronic neck and back pain, hip/knee replacements, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, scoliosis or other conditions, research is showing that Pilates can be an effective treatment.
Private sessions are 50 minutes in length and may be scheduled by appointment any time of day, Monday through Saturday. Please call or email us to schedule your appointment!
Group Classes at Pushes And Pulls are completely different from Pilates Mat classes at big gyms. Our small group Reformer classes have a maximum limit of 4 participants per class. Mat and GYROKINESIS® classes have a maximum limit of 8 participants per class. Our smaller class sizes ensure you get the attention you deserve in an intimate setting. We never want you to be lost in the crowd.
